We ensure each I-Blu Inc. order is handled with great care.
Processing Time:
Please allow 2–4 business days for order processing, including quality checks and packaging, before shipment.
Peak Periods (Holidays / Special Seasons):
During high-demand seasons, such as holidays, processing time may extend to 5 business days.
Shipping Fees:
We charge a flat shipping rate of $5.99 for all orders, regardless of location.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
As we work with global fulfillment partners, delivery times may slightly vary depending on your location.

For international shipments, our orders are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid), meaning:

While customs fees for small kitchen products are rare, they can vary depending on your country’s regulations.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
We process orders promptly to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to modify your shipping address or cancel your order, please contact us at service@optimvex.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order is processed, changes or cancellations are not possible.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
We’re committed to your satisfaction.
Damaged Items:
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 72 hours of receipt, and we will send you a replacement at no extra charge.
Lost Packages:
If the carrier confirms that your package is lost, we will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you free of charge.
